- Performed user needs analysis, usability testing, contextual inquiries and expert usability reviews
- With the emergence of Object Oriented Design, developed first end-to-end user-centered functional design and usability
process methodology (procedures, activities, deliverables, processes, work instructions, style guides) - Researched methods and tools as well as existing HCI methodologies
- Validated compatibility with Amdocs SDLC/PDLC Software and Product Development Life Cycle
- Formalized UI and Usability methods, processes and tools and validated real-world value of methodology
